The firm has extensive experience representing clients in both ordinary and administrative jurisdiction. It also represents clients in arbitration proceedings, including the preparation, processing, and opposition of annulment motions for arbitral awards.
Additionally, the firm assists clients in judicial proceedings initiated through class action lawsuits for the defense of various rights. These include cases related to major disasters such as ground and air transportation accidents, collapse or ruin of various types of constructions, environmental pollution, earthquakes, explosions, floods, fires, defective products, etc. In recent years, we have successfully represented companies accused of contaminating the Bogotá River and involved in the construction of hydroelectric projects.
Currently, we represent victims in several class action lawsuits arising from the collapse of several buildings in the city of Medellín.

Insurance and Reinsurance Law
We provide legal and technical advice related to insurance and reinsurance contracts. Specifically, our firm handles judicial and extrajudicial claims, objections, and reconsiderations, among other matters, in the following areas:
● Personal Insurance: life insurance, personal accident insurance, hospitalization and surgery insurance.
